The dangerous world.

April is poetry month. New poetry number thirteen.

A dangerous world.

1- Palestine, Lebanon, Ukraine, Sudan, Myanmar, Iran, Nigeria and more places.

The children live with death near. At any time. Bullets or bombs can steal life.

USA and Israel attacking neighbors. Where do the Palestine and Lebanon people go?

When their land is be stolen by a cold-blooded country.

USA holding Cuba hostage. USA attacks Venezuela.

Loco President wants to add Canada and Greenland to USA territory.

Most of world demand them to stop. USA and Israel.

But the fat leaders scream more blood, more land and more money please.

The children sleep lightly in tents and barely enough food in Palestine and Lebanon.

I wonder what a scare parent tells their children, we have no place to go.

2- I have written a great quote often. There are no winners in war.

Only the poor and the innocence paying the price for old hate.

Who is wrong and who is right. When both sides are wrong.

I have drunk with Russian soldiers, and I have trained with Israel soldiers.

We were just men and women seeking drink, laughter and new friends.

I live in Michigan. Immigrants from the whole world seeking safety.

They work hard and they are good people.

How many must die for us to learn. We are more the same than different.

3- My Ojibwa prayer.

I pray to the Great Lakes, the Great forest and to the sky.

Please give me one more day.

Please spirit of life and death.

Protect the children in the way of war,

please allow all children to have shelter and food.

Please teach our leaders, religion is the person decision.

Love is the person decision.

We cannot forget the old war. Old soldiers do not brag about war.

They remember and they try to live.

Please spirit of the Great Lakes, show the rich men in Washington D.C.

We must stop killing our own people. We can’t send mask men to harass the free people.

Please deep forest, send kindness and concern to our leaders.

I tell the sun. Please protect every child.

4- Nelson Mandela said.” That children are the greatest asset to a nation.”

USA president stop medical and food aide to our world, USA president doesn’t want to help the poor mothers in need.

USA president doesn’t like daycare and he doesn’t respect women. He is a racist.

I am neither Republican’s nor Democrat. I vote for the best person.

Today USA is attacking Iran and our USA president and family getting rich off a war to slow down oil.

I hope we learn and listen. Today USA and Israel killing people without any thoughts.

I pray the children and people murdered by greedy men. Find a better place to rest.

Maybe if the fat president missed a meal. He would understand hunger.

It is time for us to stand for peace. My question for the president and his family.

Such a shame beyond comprehension it boggles the rational mind - flawed as it is, these things should not be in this world, one cannot but be appalled - I would offer my poem Culture of Conceit as an addendum to your piece of protest so well stated here - find peace if you can and share it with those you can - carl

I try Carl. I live in an area filled with immigrants from Europe. I do not want my grandchildren fighting for fat rich men and contractors. I appreciate the comment.

Your words show your empathy and care for children and parents alike in a war-torn environment. This is something we have discussed before. Unfortunately, the rich will always seek more as if they were playing a board game. Those that don't even read poetry would agree with your concerned words 100%.
