My Heart shattered into a million pieces

As my soul cries in pain

The friends I took for granted

I will not see again

My life slipping out my grasp

As it slides through my fingers

Uncontrollable my life has become

Lost in the darkness

Lost in myself

Trying to find a reason

Why I still live

Trying to find a reason

Why this pain won’t give

As sorrow and misery wash through me

Poisoning my soul

I look in the mirror

Seeing my eyes

Lost

Empty

And forever to be forgotten

I watch as my life slips from my grasp

Falls to the ground shattering like glass

As the loud crash echo’s in my ear

You will forever be a lost soul………….
