Table of Green

Table of Green

A Story by Cherrie
"

the sea

"

Trumpeting light

piercing thru sky

dancing across

a ligneous bow.

Table of green

Before us sets

the crew & I

retrieve said net.

Wilted sails

against the sky

as cumulus

clouds darken

before our eyes.

Bounty galore

At our feet

But the fresh

East Wind

bids us leave.

I could live with a table of green, sure beats my pebbles of grey. This new compact style is interesting.
