i don't know if we ever really learn the full "why"--but trying to gain that understanding makes us better people i think...
poets go after that "why"
i really like this question of existence...why am i here? am i a blank page or fulfillment...????
and of course, some see the color white not as an absence of color but as many colors combined..
i like the questions this poem raises.

Cherrie, wonderfully penned, especially like the first line, "Lost I’ve been in an endless sea of white tossed to and fro void of meaningful thought"... marvelous!
I really like the images you have found to describe a particular mental state, a state
which reminds me of Keats' idea of negative capability i.e. the willingness to embrace uncertainty, live with mystery, and make peace with ambiguity.

You know it’s funny how writing can be a blending of how we feel and time allotment. I had just to.. read moreYou know it’s funny how writing can be a blending of how we feel and time allotment. I had just took my 4yr old grand-daughter to head-start and on one hand was enjoying a moment of peace and on the other a bit overwhelmed by playing mommy all over again:) and this just came about as I thought about the million why's we go thru a day.
