Will have to try this one out, when the Kitchen is finally renovated, we're having the builders in daily, they started last week and progress seems rather slow, anyways, thank you very much for this recipe Cherrie!

I'm looking forward to cooking dinner fro plenty again in June

What is beer n bratwurst please?
It is likely that I would use the non-alcoholic beer

:) ..................... pretty hungry now Cherrie! sounds very down home and earthy ..free form used is easy to follow... rhyming not necessary for salivation ... you have captured the aroma perfectly... and i can feel the heat of the 350 bake :))))))))))))))))))) it is definitely inspiring my friend!
