Tater puppy

Make with fish!

Make a spicy hushpuppy batter. Then dip a tater tot in it. Set them in the ice box for about 10
Minutes to let them rest.( its it's hard work being a puppy)and then deep fry till golden brown.

They taste like a fritter I guess. For a hangover I'd go with the hair if the dog, or drink earlier in the day .

Sounds absolutely fine to me.. Yummy good does it every time.. You can batter it, but ya just can't beat a bit o fish can ya.. a delightful little fishy tail and true.. N :)

Sometimes I slice onions jalapenos inslivers and slice my fish in strips and deep fry all that serve it with lettuce and pica de gio as a fish taco.

It does sound good, especially with some fried fish. I ate the southern way until heart disease handed me a new menu. (Sometimes I cheat)
