Inchyra-BlueA Poem by Cherrie L BillDay broke in a flash of flames as a red hot horizon set the sky ablaze. Decembers clouds were dense and thick, like a wall of ice that let nothing in. The ease of night fell away as a hurried sun began the day. Inchyra-Blue held its ground, and soon the morning's glow settled down. The marching sun fanned a path and a translucent blue filled in the gaps. The ceiling low still held some flames, but as minutes passed the sky did the same. Now, a delicate haze is seen off far and a muted mauve hides both moon and stars.
