The Matcha BeeA Poem by Cherrie L BillThe Japanese tea ceremony preformed by nature :)
The little bee bowed low his head
wiped his feet on the petals' edge. He freed said nectar found within; then, once more bowed his head. His clapping feet sifted the nectar, cascading into the tiny cup. Then, magically, as if on cue, the summer rain whisked it up. With his wing, he cleaned the rim; passed the drink to his tiny friend. The wee small friend bowing low … drank the gift, returning the bowl. © 2022 Cherrie L Bill |
