A Poem by Cherrie L Bill

A distant sound
Did I hear

But from where
I cannot swear

So I rose
To search around

First my chamber
Then my grounds

With each turn
Silence loomed

I then returned
To my room

Till that whisper
Around me bloomed

Then the canvas
Did I spy

And with each stroke
The moon did shine

Seek and you will find. A lovely poem dear Cherrie, filled with hope. Ends on a high note and moonshine.

Good morning, Chris, I hope this beautiful day finds you well and as always thank you for reading.
Such an enchanting, ethereal write here. Respect. Also, I see it was posted the night before my birthday. Your pen never disappoints.
