A Cowboy's RewardA Poem by Cherrie L Bill(a song) Full Moon, and silvery star light Set the stage, for natures delight. Coyote calls, across the prairie, In return, one cries back. Cowboy’s fire, wains in the distance. Evening sky, turns to black. Full Moon, glorious sunrise. Share a sky, a few, seconds flat. Pony’s pace, is slow and easy, His mind, set to his task. Full moon, and open spaces, Fill his heart, with treasures fair. Full moon with the sun’s setting A cowboys reward, For a hard, days ride. © 2011 Cherrie L BillFeatured Review
