My secret for you today; don’t be afraid to write about life and or things you have not yet seen, but take what you know, and what you like about a topic or place and then blend it into what you want to express.

Look up some facts about the place or thing and make the facts your backbone and what you know (first hand) flesh, and make the things you love and like the apparel and all your readers will be drawn into your piece.

All that too, but one could do worse than start and finish with imagination imagination imagination, let it run wild like when you were a child. There is a wonderful world lurking in everybody's imagination. Me, U do best when I write from the point of view of somebody nowhere close to being like me. Grab the freedom that being somebody else offers to your writing.

Wonderful advice combined with imagination creates the best of the best. I am an avid reader and love to explore new places as I read that which has been created by the writer. Then again, reading a novel combined with scenic facts, makes it all so real . I travel and love a great mystery written about the town I am visiting .It somehow enhances the plot.
