Love

Love is hidden in many corners and can be exceptionally hard to find, but more than anything love is made.

Love is not found

under silken sheets

poured drinks

velvet lips.

It's what we make

out of misery

hard decisions

gain and loss.

It's found beneath flame

those hot embers

turn ash

into passion.

Burning memories into stars

like painted fireflies

so love

is never lost.
