She loves me back with licks of golden light

I show her I care with eyes of appreciation

For

The wonders of warm nights,

Dancing waters

Kisses of starlit skies

I’m in love with Summer

Long lazy days

Children at play

Her season sparks

Lovers loving

Elders holding hands

Toes in the sand

She gives

Abundance

Heat, Treats, Flowers, Scents

She is cherished

Needed

Loved.
