Nicotine and Ativan

Nicotine and Ativan

A Poem by Caitlin
"

It really sucks when you feel this way on a daily basis.

"

Baby, I think
I'm going crazy.
'cause the car horn outside
really isn't there
and the bugs on my skin
and crawling on my face
aren't really in my hair
I want to be okay.
I'm honest this time, I swear
It's just harder and harder to come clean
When it's just a mask you wear.
I can't help it when I cry, darling,
I just love you too damn much,
But when I can't stand my own face in the mirror,
I definitely can't stand your touch.
Please don't hold it against me,
and please don't think I'm wrong,
When I say I'm going crazy,
Just nod 'cause you knew all along.

um... ja... i definitely get the point, I like poems that flow, and I like this one, but it's 2 am and i need to get up at 6, so you can imagine my brains a tad slow, but cool work!
