Banning is not the solution; discipline is however!

In this day and age with little
or no discipline,  in or out
of school,  and with the
majority of parents never supporting
what are discernibly unquestionably
quite basically, sensible and logical
school decisions; literally essaying
on simply embarking on enforcing
a no skirts ban, will very assuredly
be truly impossible to implement!
Regardless, obviously, of actually
how basically, distinctively far up
these girls' thighs - their skirts in
actuality rather discernibly went.
