Warmth. . .
You hate me for being me,
You hate me for what I do.
You hate me for refusing to see,
....I am unable to blame you.
-I will protect you-

Cold. . .
Your silent screams grew and grew
echoed now by my own.
I'm not foolish, unlike you,
Over time, I have grown.
-I will hurt you-

Warmth. . .
To see through all your lies
Is something I have learned
Somehow, the hatred in your eyes
Is warmth. . .but it burns.
-I won't suppress you-

Cold. . .
Each day, my hatred binds.
Each day, I become stronger.
I do not possess a child's mind.
I do not see the world with wonder.
-I will break you-

Warmth. . .
I pity you, you are too blind to see.
We are different, and yet the same, I have found.
You can hate me, you can break me.
You can never hold me down.

Cold. . .
I will never let you forget, nor will I let you tell.
I'll slowly kill you, you do not deserve to live this time
For although we may share the same hell,
We will never share the same mind.

Ahh, I loved this poem, and I can kinda relate to it. I'm pretty sure I understand it perfectly. It isn't that hard to follow.
