Remember the day that you two met

the train tracks bridge,

the rain so wet.

Remember back to your birthday night

he held your hand,

made it feel so right.

Remember when you first brushed fingers

the electrifying jolt,

that endlessly lingers.

Remember again your first kiss

The snow biting your cheeks,

Your mind thrown into bliss

 

Remember all those times together

hold onto them,

and make them last forever.

Remember; leave no room for regrets

let it go.

Remember... then...

forget.

I think its about loosing and remembering someone.
but maybe im wrong..
great poem. i think it shows allot of potential in your writing skill..
I don't really sense allot emotion tho...Try and throw yourself into your work.
It will capture your audience from line one and make your work feel so much more heartfelt. great work.

Well, I remembered those feelings I had once before, and I wish to experience them again. And you are very right, it is something completely different. Good sense of feeling, describing, and thought. Then you turn around and throw them away. I guess in some cases that may be true, but feelings should always be cherished.
