I have read almost all of your poems. They are like wise little aphorisms; concise and very meaningful. Clearly, your "speaker" in the poems is a strong, smart, creative woman that seems to have had the misfortune to come across some "bad men" which led to certain conclusions about the entire sex (males).
If your poems were collected as a sort of "manual" for girls, they'd get the idea that man is a dangerous animal, a predator, indeed that is best to avoid if possible. I'd venture to say that men (some, at least) feel just the same, love just the same, and hurt just the same. The "battle of the sexes" is a fight that cannot have a winner.

Beautiful is the heart, mind, and soul of the poetess whose words sing and dance with life upon the page … it is like gentle music 'pon the yearning ear.
