Cockroach sweetness

Cockroach sweetness

A Poem by Tania Mo

I should have known-
I should have guessed -that the sweetness was the rot.
Too many mysterious trails of sugar
crisscrossing my path _sticking to my soles
Too much sugar around
The drains were clogging from it- that evil white gooey mess.
I didn't see at first as I see now _the cockroach in you was at party in my house.

Oo gosh that sounds like an awe full mess
Send him away
To anyone who you hate
Then sit and wait for a tidier man
