"I live in a dream within a dream": slight hint of Inception there... sorry, couldn't help it.
"Than to feel anything at all", this is, of course, the line that makes it. And you know that because you put it at the end. I have to say I want to know MORE about the feelings that lead here. I want to know the tension between being considered different (for day-dreaming and dreaming continually, as if one is the other all the same) causing unpleasant feelings leading to a deeper entrenchment in the dream world.
If that's part of your aim then, job done for this poem. It will stay with me. However, I would also love it if you were to say more - in this poem or in a different one.
One radical outcome of dreaming too much is solipsism: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solipsism
I hope you manage to avoid it, it's one the scariest things I can think of.
