Porcelain

Porcelain

A Poem by Cory Scott
"

Fragile Beauty

"
Beauty so Fragile
Handle With Care
Carefully Treading
Like Walking on Air
The Slightest Fall
You'll Break Into Shards
And Every Piece
I Would Forever Regard
As Equally Cherishable
As When They Were Whole
To Put You Back Together
Would Become My Life Goal
Beauty So Fragile
High Upon My Shelf
I Love You More
Than Even Myself
So Gently Take My Hand
For Together We Can
Make Me Among
The Happiest of Man
