JUST A PAPERDOLL

JUST A PAPERDOLL

A Poem by G. Anderson
"

Use me, abuse me... just keep me.

"

I'm white.
I'm frail.
I'm delicate.
I'm thin.
I'm lifeless.
And only to you.

You drench me with
gasoline,

and drop a match; I'm on
fire.

I cannot cry,
you ran me dry,
and all I do is bleed.

Red flimsy paper,
thin, frail, no heart...

Scorched, burned,
ripped and crumpled...

I'm just your stupid
f*****g paper doll.
