Save Me

Save me from those eyes
That gaze down upon my soul

Hide me from those claws
That wish to tear open my heart

Shield me from those words
That bounce within my head

Tape shut your mouth
Don't let them know my secrets

Clog up your ears
Don't listen to their rumors

The shame and embarrassment
Ignore it all

Hold me tight
Darkness is coming
