Although we are miles apart,
It does not matter.
For the skys are always blue
When he is smiling.

It is as though he has reached,
Across the world, to touch my hand.
And he will always be there
To make me happy.

Even when I am sitting alone
Without him beside me,
I feel his presence.

He makes each day worth living.
He is worth every minute I wait.

Yes, it has been a while
Though it seems we have picked up
Right where we left off.

He is irreplaceable.
He is no mistake.
