A childhood romance

So innocent and sweet

Two kids with puppy love

Only a few months after they meet

 

Having fun on the farm

Riding four-wheelers all day long

When you and the guys went hunting

I only wanted to tag along

 

The five years together

Fun, exciting, rough, and great

The day we moved

I tried to say goodbye but the whether didn't want to wait

 

Now six years have went by

Without a phone call or letter

I knew I would find you

Our lives would intertwine, sooner or later

 

August 12th, an unforgettable day

Wondering how different you had become

THen you drove up

My heart skipped a beat, just as it had from day one

 

After all this time

You always had and have a place in my heart

Growing up with an amazingly wonderful country boy

Everything about you captured me from the start
