Insanity drops down...

The title is the first line.

Insanity drops down with explosive words spoken.
The whole world's torn wide open,
And Love lies bleeding and broken.

Hard is the battering ram that opens your soul.
Echoing, spiraling down in a looping black hole,
The voice that meant all to you is losing control.

To me it is the destruction caused by harsh thoughtless words spoken by someone you cared for.
You dare to raise your voice
to the one who gave you love
You are nothing but a dime store god
Hurling lightning from above
Now your church of one has gone away
There's no one left to fear your love.
