In contrast to the poet's overblown sense of him/herself, I find that most audiences prefer the simple everyday ditties. These are the ones I get the most feedback on. People want to relate to something that doesn't require analysis (((HUGS)))

Hehe i can relate , i just write a bunch of nonsensical lines and store it for when i need a good ol laugh . But when you say nothing , are u actually saying nothing or are you saying something .

With free advice you can take it or leave it. You'd hope if you were paying for advice, then it would be worth the money! Back to having nothing to say. Simples, take a rest, don't force the pen or the muse.
