Halloween draws nigh,

that vilest of nights to die.

Winds howl, demons ply.

You know I have to say that I'm pleased it is done and dusted. We had a huge number of little demons and witches knocking on our door for treats. I also made pumpkin soup which was very yummy. There were no howling winds at Halloween on this side of the pond. I like your Haiku Dylan.

No howling winds here either, and I'm in a condo, so no little munchkins either.
Never had pumpkin soup, but I'm sure I would have 2 bowls, 'cause I love pumpkin pie (with whipped cream!) :)

Halloween is on everyone's mind isn't it ?..lovely haiku Dylan .. captures the true spirit of Halloween , shadowy nights , creepy sounds , a nice party and trick or treat and that's all u need .
