Are you a list person? Checking off stuff as you progress through the day? I used to be as a working woman with a family. The lists were long. These days I am more relaxed. The stuff gets done, but in a non manic way. Trying to slow down the pace of life. It doesn't always work?

Yes, I confess, I am a Lister, in my page--a-day book. Not as hectic as a working Mum to be sure! ...An efficiency-bloke once advised me to code each item as A, B, or C, then immediately cross out the C's and do only the A's & B's. I never got the hang of it, there's lots of C's in life :)
