In & Out ...!

In & Out ...!

A Poem by Dylan Macadham
"

a Snippet, in 3 lines ...

"
... And then She walked in,
... and I glimpsed my undoing,
and got the hell out.

Love old movies. Femme Fatales knew how to make an entrance!

one of my favourite tropes is the femme fatale. i love the old film noirs. i rewatch them on occasion. there's something glamorous about the way people dressed back then, but the seedy undertone keeps my heart beat up. one that comes straight to mind is Gilda. a fantastic film full of freudian symbolism. there's scene where the titular Gilda is introduced and it's a show stealer.

Macadham,
Ha, been there, been undone. I find I am better for it, an would do it again... Lori was a loaded six gun, and the scars are still there to keep me company.

Fan of old movies as well and those women knew how to work a room and stop a freight train with a glance.
I really enjoy your three liners!
