Snippets, in 3 lines ...

Ideas exist,

and have always existed,

outside of ourselves.

.  .  .

We can say they're ours

if no one's said them before,

but they're really not ...

.  .  .

'cause they're in the Soup,

and all we can do is stir,

and serve 'em on up.

interesting take on the ideas and writing. this is a bit out-of-box, ideas always exist, they are in the soup and we need to stir and let it bubble up. ideas on the way... keep going, nicely penned, Dylan.

Sometimes the writing triggers a painting or reminds me that I have something stored away that I can use. Other times the writing creates the image, and then I head off to the easel.

I've never been asked that one before 😊
