My skin

My skin

A Poem by Sarah Jane

A young girl suffocating

Unable to breath under such evil

Crying out for help

Muffled under flesh

A girl with a pulled up dress

And fingers that wander

Under a small bed in a big house

A boy not to be trusted

A girl againt the wall

Rigid with fear and hatred

Sliding out from his arm

Hiding in the bathroom til' hes gone

A girl who loses her virginity

To boy who didnt give a damn

Who didnt stop when she pleaded

Only when he was finished

A girl lied to all her life

A mother who dropped her so easy

A girl who broke a promise

To the only one shes ever loved

Blood will run free

As long as the tears do

A hurt I cant explain

Without scars and bruises

My skin tells the story

And I wish it didnt
