Hidden Charm

She hid her heart away years ago
Buried it deep in the ground
Protected by a strong box
Bound and sealed forever
But that doesn't stop me
From going after it
To return that great gift
This quest I must win
Following the clues for years
The search rages on
Digging through forgotten past
I finally find my reward
The box is now with it's owner
She opens it to see what's inside
But it's shocked at what she sees
Nothing inside but how
I think it's easy to see
She's had it all along
