A Smile

I woke up this morning with a smile on my face

A smile  for this day

This day is special

This day is not like any other

This day is the day that I was given

This day is a gift

 

 

So what do I do with this day

This gift that I was given to do with as I please

I decided to give this day meaning

I decided to give this day a purpose

I decided to be thankful and rejoice for this day

 

I will accept the gift that I was given

My gift of this day

I will love this day

I will cherish this day

I will be thankful for this day

 

I am blessed beyond measure

My heart is content and my spirit is free
