Missing Puzzle Pieces

My life is like a puzzle,

5,000 pieces

filled with joy

and pain

while overcoming the storm

and rain

but pieces seem

to be missing,

missing from my life,

things that should be there 

are missing in action

I thought these things 

could piece themselves

back together,

but I realized I need 

to do it myself,

to make sure

these pieces fit as one

while I piece my 

crazy life back together

one puzzle piece at a time...

Puzzle with 5000 pieces? Oh GOD. I have trouble with the puzzles in Kinder Eggs.

On topic, I enjoyed this. Concise and to the point with a strong metaphor. The only criticism I have is that font. Comic Sans is so ugh, however it doesn't really detract from the poem being good. I just cringe at the sight of it.
