Morning

When you first wake

Opening eyes,

Seeing light,

Sensing warmth,

Hearing silence,

Heart beating,

Slowly breathing,

Peace...

Bang!

"I can't believe I did that yesterday"

The boundaries become more defined,

The veil comes down,

The day begins.
