eclosion 

this larval state, this ball and chain

can't grow out of it, squeezes tight

I thought I could 

open wide

lift myself into the sky

a slush of yesterday

like fly tape 

all I can do is watch

Change isn't easy to deal with. Most of us struggle with it. We waste much energy fighting it. Sometimes it is less hassle to go with the flow. Thank you fir sharing.
