Eternal LossA Poem by DarkFairyA feeling I had long ago, but when I think about it now it still lingers. And if my path doeth continue as I hope for it may bother me more.I stand here on the border of heaven and the mortal plain.
I stand in billowing white garments. A single tear staining my flawless sienna skin.
I reach out a hand. Hot, dry air touches my fingertips.
I stare at a bone dry, death ridden land. You are not in sight.
I begged of you to follow me. To stay by my side for eternity.
I stand here on the border of heaven and the mortal plain.
