I left you a note  
You left me no hope 
I ripped off my skin 
You said it was too thin 
I tore through my ribs 
to show you nothing gives 

You mocked and you laughed! 
I regret my act 
You took and you gave 
But you left me with hate 
I shook on the floor 
With these pills that I adore
