Don't believe everything you hear.

God knows what was behind your lies,

God knows how much was in your eyes.

For the longest time, I believed you,

But now I think it's time this relationship dies.

You tried to convince me,

You thought I would never see,

 And for I awhile, I didn't,

 I only saw what we were, not what we could be.

 

I finally gave way,

After all the long days,

I hope you finally see,

Not everyone believes what you say.
