HurtA Poem by David P CarrollSaddened
Who you think you where playing
I don't need to be hurt Before I met you, you told Me you where honest My Heart is hurt I took a chance On you in life My momma warned me About a man like you She ain’t around no more A broken heart Forever more You hurt me true Inside my warm hearted You creeping my out While I sit home alone And crying again You ain’t going to hurt me no more I've heartache like never before Time to change my heart I'm never hurting like this No more a man like you Should never hurt a woman's Heart I'm sensitive no more You have thought me a lesson In love and your love is no more Sharing pain and hurt has made me stronger than before and I'll never be yours no more. © 2016 David P Carroll |
