Never CaredA Poem by David P CarrollSad
I never told her I cared
I should of she was My wife she hates Me I should of told her I cared I hurt her Feelings so bad I was stubborn and a Pain I was shellfish Towards her and Her heart I Let her down I used her I was never There to hold her And love her Her feelings where Hurt by me O how I wish I could If told her I'm sorry If she would speak to Me now we are apart I could never tell her How I feel sorry is Easily said but Apologies and pain Never end I've let her Down I'm become Very low in life My life is never the Same without her O how I miss Her so much I surely don't deserve Her now after what I put her through If only I could Tell her how I truly cared About her But never could I don't deserve Her no more I'm sad after all But it's my own Downfall Because I never Was never there For her and I never cared O only how I could Change things Around and truly Hold her and kiss Her and tell Her I do really Care my Sweet love. © 2016 David P Carroll |
