Harmed
A Poem by
Dandelion
You lie,
she cries,
bad dreams,
wailing screams.
You gone,
nothing wrong,
her lying
soft sounds of crying.
Dreadful fears,
all those tears.
Broken heart,
you were part.
Of her pain
that was your gain.
Your vanity
was her insanity.
Everything's wrong,
she doesn't belong.
So let her go
and tell him no.

This seems like a cycle of bad relationships to me.
The quickness of this poem makes it better.

Catchy, I enjoyed this piece. For me I think it could be more powerful with a little tweak on the spacing. Great Job keep up the good work.

An all too common situation for so many people. 1 side doesn't care, and that's the side that keeps the other side awake at night. "Your vanity was her insanity." Best line. Well done.
