Reality?

Cut me open so that I may see
Darkness that is inside me
Forever

And we live in this harsh reality
Tears of joy around my lies
I am staring into eyes of deceit

And as the worth is worn
The worthless is born
And sweet is turned to bitter

This dying reality
Stereotyped disease
Will no longer be missed

Nothing is real here
All these pale tears in which you have cried
My pain is laughing now
No hope for what is insignificant
