hello little cricket

it's just one headline why believe it

we're just fine.. or at least four of five

we'll be alright, we don't cry

unless you want us to

we're just peachy

sadness is fleeting

our names are just things to write in the sand

nothing of importance in the world's stance

we'll be fine just give us a chance

we throw out our tears

like pioneers 

from seventeen sixty three

we'll be as happy as the jolly bumble-bee

we'll be exquisite

even if that isn't

all we can be
