Splendid SomebodyA Poem by DedPoetA poem of people and that ever so haunting doubt we seem to shadow ourselves with.
Splendidly,
I do not know your name. And the question remains, What will I find inside the divine shell? In your eyes I see tranquility, In your hands, shaking, I see the delicate nature, How you make yourself small And sweet, somehow it is....I dont know, Innocent. Splendidly, I do not know you, My curiosity grows and grows, Like this verse which is curious, See you become a poem Of my alluding words, Tell me so that I can know you, Splendor of the mystery, Wether with crystalline clarity, Or a veiled mist of romantically enchanted Questions, because you must be All of this, You must be splendidly you, (Perhaps I am just a hopeful fool) Only I cannot penetrate What God has mystified and What I enjoy now, Right now, Only splendidly you. © 2015 DedPoetAuthor's Note
