Liberation of a Fool

“As I sit here I am armed only by the weapon of thought, shrunken by the weight of insanity. I write this journal not as a claim of innocence nor a condemnation of fault, but instead as the recollection of a tale so imperative to myself, that the thought of another attempting to explain or narrate the finer details of my life is a thought that I could not bear in mind.

I am well aware that each word I write will be overshadowed by the predetermined judgments that will surely have been juried upon me, but I ask that you briefly set aside any bias as you read on; if that request is a favor too great for you to grant me with, then please do not read on, as your preconception defies the purpose of my effort.”
