OCD

OCD

A Poem by Lilia
"

He has OCD. He needs to strive for his dreams. She's in love with him. She gets in the way of his perfect reality.

"
Of the men who've loved me,

You're the one to care.

You'd tell me I was beautiful,

You were always there.

Now I'm lost without you,

You left me in the dust,

Because you want your music,

Because your love was lust.

You needed a pattern,

You needed to climb,

You needed to make music,

Even if it meant not being mine.

I love you with all my heart,

Through my broken tears,

I thought that you could love me,

Through all of our years.

But Broadway calls your name,

So here I sit and cry,

I wish that you still loved me,

I wish you didn't say goodbye.
