Numb Beyond My Ken

Numb Beyond My Ken

A Poem by Desert Knave
"

Brigid's-Fest Again

"
I am numb beyond my ken
And it's Brigid's-Fest again
February's taken flight
Winter starts to die tonight

I am dumb beyond my brain
Needing her to end my pain
Saint Brigid now holds my troth
And fashions my shroud-cloth
