My Highness, Where Will You Stand ...

My Highness, Where Will You Stand ...

A Poem by Desert Knave
"

... when I finally make land

"
Tell me, please, just where will you stand
My Majesty, when I make land
Will it be two steps above me
So that your sweet lips can love me
After I've whispered all my lies
While staring straight into your eyes
In the way I know you demand
Of a knave under your command
So, tell me, my Queen sweet and wee
Who I'll worship eternally
Where, my Majesty, will you stand
When our first kiss, at last, makes land
